1. ADMIN OFFICER AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION

General Administration Role

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

  • Improve and update company rules & regulations, employee attendance tracking system.

  • Maintain internal documents e.g. contracts, company certificates, etc.

  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence

  • Update company inventory, procure office supplies and software licenses.

  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Personal Assistant Role

  • Organize and schedule appointments for the Board of Directors.

  • Assist to MD in reviewing legal documents (contracts, service agreement).

  • Plan meeting, take notes and distribute meeting minutes.

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, business partners.

  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Female, age between 25-30 years old, with Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in work experience with related functions.
  • Good communication skill in English both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle muti-tasking and prioritizing workload.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to learn new things.

2. SALES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet company's expectations to drive sustainable growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Take care of customers from pre-sales until completion of installation.
  • Deliver the excellent customer service by ensuring all customers receive a professional and helpful assistant.
  • Build retails customers & designers database and update information for Marketing activities purpose.
  • Maintain a good relationship with designers and customers.
  • Explore new potential target customers.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager.

QUALIFICATION

  • Male or Female age 25-35 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years in work experience with related functions.
  • Good communication skill in English both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle muti-tasking and prioritizing workload.
  • An eye for details, well organized, self-motivated & driven.
  • Able to work on public holidays and weekend.

3. PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER

We are looking for a Public Relations (PR) Officer to organize and oversee PR activities and ensure effective communication with internal sales team, media, designer and end-customer. We expect you to have a creative mind and excellent communication skills. If you are also confident in your public speaking and project management abilities, we'd like to meet you.

Job Description

  • Connecting with journalists and media to implement the activities by using the proper PR tools.
  • Keeping relationship with all media editors and reporters both of Bangkok (Lifestyle / Design / Fashion / Social) and upcountry.
  • Analyzing and evaluating PR value and media exposure and coverage on a monthly basis or after the events.
