Defective Items

  • In the event that you receive a defective item from an online purchase, we are here to assist you. To initiate a return and exchange, please provide us with clear proof of the defect, either in the form of photos or videos taken during the unboxing process.

  • Our team will carefully review the provided evidence to determine if the item is indeed defective. The final decision regarding the defect will be made by our team.

  • If the item is found to be defective, we will offer an exchange for a new product, provided we have the same item in stock. If the identical product is unavailable, we will issue a refund in the form of a credit note, which can be used for future purchases with any of NORSE Republics offline and online stores.

Change of Mind

  • We understand that preferences can change, and sometimes you may wish to exchange a product due to a change of mind. For these situations, we offer a 3-day window for exchanges.

  • To be eligible for an exchange due to a change of mind, the item must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt from our store.

  • The exchanged product must be of the same or higher price than the original purchase.
